Stewardship & Booking Policies

At Solumérae, every conversation, gathering, and experience is approached with intention. Our work is not built around volume or back-to-back appointments, but around creating meaningful space for clarity, alignment, and discernment.

Before many experiences begin, time is intentionally set aside to review applications, pray, prepare, and thoughtfully consider what has been shared. Because of this, every appointment represents a commitment of time and preparation beyond the scheduled session itself.

The following policies help us steward that time well and ensure each experience receives the care and attention it deserves.

Payments

All payments are non-refundable.

When a session, consultation, or experience is booked, dedicated time is reserved specifically for you. This includes preparation that takes place before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time at no additional cost when the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Missed Appointments

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be required to book and pay for a new session.

Additional Reschedules

After one complimentary reschedule, any additional changes will require a new booking and payment.

Gatherings & Retreat Experiences

Because curated gatherings, retreats, and custom experiences often involve additional planning, vendors, venues, accommodations, and other reserved resources, separate agreements and payment terms may apply. These details will be provided during the planning process.
